Phoebus is quiet, mysterious and very blunt. He doesn't usually talk to people unless he feels the need. He tends to hide in the shadows, as oppose to make himself known.
Phoebus White is the only son of Lillian and Zachary White. He is 17 years old. He was brought up in District one, where his parents are authors, and booksellers. He has a wealthy life, and is quiet, mysterious and flirtatious. When his father was a child, he was a winner of one of the Hunger games. So, his childhood was showered by stories of the games.
Once, when he was aout 13 years old, A group of refugees from a poorer District broke into his families house. They woke up Phoebus and he ran into their vault, where they were stealing the money. Thinking quickly, he used a letter opener to distract the thieves, then called the peacekeepers. His family is respected, so he was a local hero for a while.
He is 6 feet, 2 inches tall, with thick brown hair. He is described as dreamy, charming and attractive. He isnt very smart, but is quite charismatic. He isnt very keen on joining the hunger games, but thinks it will be useful if he survives.....
