- History: Eveline was conceived by Lyra Ross on October 23. Her parents and her were very poor, making her and her parents work really hard to get money to buy things that they needed. Every year, since Eveline was twelve, she's had to enter for tesserae more than three times. But she and her parents have made it out OK, and she hopes to enter the Hunger Games to earn more money for her district.
