I had an idea for a character. His name is Jack Steerpike, and he is from District 4. He is well-built with strong muscles, and he weighs around 130 pounds and is about six feet high. His preferred weapon is a knife, but he will use a bow should it come to it. He has been trained as an assassin. Sorry, i have no photo, but I think the description tells enough.
