History: Milo's story begins before him when his mother was married in secret to a gamemaker. They lived in the capitol and all was well but his mother saw what was happening on TV and began to resent the capitol for all the pain it has caused. She tried to cause a silent revolution but she was quickly shut down. She was killed and her newborn baby (Milo) was sent to (Whatever District is chosen). He lived a fairly good life there until he chosen as tribute. However, he has the advantage that some people in the capitol knew his father was a gamemaker.
