Personality: Loud and boastful. Doesn't like to be around people who aren't like her. Averagely intelligent. Isn't very lucky. Very charismatic and outspoken. She's been trained for the Hunger Games all her life, so she knows basic things like setting traps and whatnot. She's also very glamorous and posh, and she only hangs out with those who are "worthy" (as she calls it) to be seen with her. If needed, she will use her beauty to bag sponsors and kill with her looks.
History: Tasie's parents own a jewelry-making/weapon-making/trident-making shop back in District 1/2/4. Her family is very rich and favored by the Mayor for making his/her jewelries/weapons/tridents, and so she's lived the glamorous high life and had everything she wanted. She was very popular back in school, and a lot of boys wanted her and could not stand the thought of her going into the Games. Her father pressured her to work even harder and train better than most kids at age twelve. On her first Reaping, she was Reaped, but another girl, a volunteer, went instead. She watched the bloodbaths on television and was highly disgusted but at the same time joyful, for the blood of those not worthy was eagerly spilled. Fascinated, Tasie decided to agree to join her mother in bringing the Mayor of One/Two/Four's special emerald necklace/bayonet/trident. When they were invited over to tea, the Mayor was intrigued by Tasie's sadist-esque fascination with killing "worthless creatures who roam the face of Panem". The young girl and the Mayor had a conversation that ended at five-thirty in the evening, and Tasie knew she had gained a friend in the leader of her District. Up until now, Tasie has never been looked down upon--she's even gained the respect of her Principal.
